Ping was absolutely delightful, patient, funny, and incredibly skilled. She created a relaxed space where I could open up with ease and taught me techniques that will be lifelong tools. I had my very first hypnosis session in November 2024 with Ping. The reason I wanted to try hypnotherapy was due to my anxiety around driving, I don’t drive every day, and only drive when I go to visit my home in the Irish countryside every second month. I always find it so stressful and anxiety fueling. Therefore, I wanted to see if hypnotherapy could help reduce this.  I found the session with Ping so helpful. It was the deepest I have ever taken into my subconscious, it was so relaxing and I felt in very safe capable hands with Ping. She led me through the session explaining everything thoroughly. I am happy that so far with only 1 session I went home in December for 2 weeks and I can safely say it was the most comfortable I have ever felt driving in the Irish countryside. I truly believe something for sure shifted around my fear of driving. I will definitely try another session of hypnotherapy and would highly recommend Ping.
